Cancellation Policy
Booking & Service Policy To ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent experience for all clients, the following policy is in effect. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as it allows us to provide the highest standard of service. Payment & Booking Confirmation All bookings require a valid credit/debit card to be secured at the time of booking. Payment will be processed in advance using your chosen method (Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to confirm your appointment. This is a critical step in our process to secure your time slot. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change. To be fair to both our clients and our technicians, we have the following policy in place, which aligns directly with the cancellation fees you secured with your card on file: Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before your session are free of charge. Your payment will be fully refunded. Paid Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session price. We appreciate your understanding that this protects our technician's time and business resources. Arrival Window Due to the nature of our work, traffic, and potential delays from previous jobs, please allow for a 2-hour window from your scheduled appointment time for our technician to arrive. We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays. Vehicle Preparation To ensure we can start work immediately upon arrival, please prepare your vehicle in advance: Remove all personal belongings, including child seats and booster seats, from the vehicle interior. Ensure a clear 50cm perimeter is available around the entire vehicle to provide our technician with full and safe access. Child Seat Safety For safety and liability reasons, our technicians are strictly prohibited from refitting child seats and booster seats. These items must be reinstalled by the vehicle owner.
